Turbo Fruits: Butter (Serpents and Snakes)

Reviewed for Under The Radar Magazine:

Turbo Fruits Butter (Serpents and Snakes)

Turbo Fruits’ third album, Butter, sounds like it was recorded on an analog tape machine in their garage. This wild abandon, lo-fi to the point of being muffled style is Butter’s main appeal. It is also its downfall wearing thin as bands that practice in the garage are wont to do.

Watch the Turbo Fruits perform “Ain’t The Only One Having Fun” at a Do512 Lounge Session.
