For Joy Division fans, the belated grieving of the remaining members over the loss of the group’s figurehead, Ian Curtis, has been a boon, as the group is experiencing a resurrection of sorts—last year with the stunning biopic, Control, and this year with the preloaded with the Grant Gee directed Joy Division documentary. The player is etched with Peter Saville’s instantly identifiable artwork from Joy Division’s seminal album, Unknown Pleasures. In addition to the documentary, there are exclusive outtakes from the DVD. At $399.99, the player might be a bit on the pricey side, but really, is there a price that can be put on carrying around Ian Curtis in your pocket?
